Enjoy million-dollar beach views from our cute & cozy updated oceanfront condo in popular North Myrtle Beach! We fell in love with the amazing views, and we are happy to share our recently renovated 700 SF beachfront condo with you. This Unit is located in San-A-Bel, a midrise condo, in the Crescent Beach area on South Ocean Boulevard near 17th Street.

The Saltwater Stays Unit is a cute and cozy 700 SF beachfront condo that features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, a dining table that seats up to six, a comfortable living area with a pull-out sofa sleeper and loveseat, and a wide private balcony to enjoy stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. The unit features free WIFI, cable TV, and free parking. This unit has new laminate flooring throughout and is freshly painted in a soft neutral tone.

The oceanfront main bedroom offers amazing beach views from the comfortable king-sized bed. The bedroom has a flat-screen TV with cable. The adjacent full bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo with a large soaking tub. The front bedroom has two new comfy twin hybrid mattresses, a flat-screen TV with cable, and an attached bathroom with a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower (no tub). Each room features a small closet for storage, and luggage can be easily stored/stowed under the platform beds to maximize space.

The Saltwater Stays Unit has a recently updated kitchen with new cabinets, counter, sink, faucet, and backsplash (April 2021). There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and electric stove. We love coffee, so the unit features a Keurig coffee maker and a traditional drip coffee maker (in a lower cabinet). Our family loves to cook while we are here, so we have a toaster, blender, pots & pans, stockpots, bakeware, utensils, dishes, and more for your cooking enjoyment. The condo also has a large, stacked washer/dryer for your use and convenience.

The living/dining area has a sofa sleeper with a gel pullout mattress, loveseat, ottoman, and extra chair. The dining table is set up for four people, but it has an expansion leaf to seat up to six. Two extra dining room chairs are near the white armoire in the hallway. The armoire has a slide-out keyboard and can be used as a workspace/computer station with extra storage in the two lower drawers. There is also a large flat screen smart TV with cable. Baskets in the entertainment center contain games and puzzles for you to enjoy!

Feel free to use our beach chairs and umbrellas! Just rinse them off at the outdoor showers and put them back on the patio when you are done! We’ve also included other extra items for your use and enjoyment. We want you to feel at home here, and have a wonderful, memorable vacation!

Sanabel features beautiful grounds with easy, direct beach access, outdoor showers to rinse off the sand, a heated indoor pool, an outdoor hot tub, a large sun deck, charcoal grills, and a workout room (temporarily closed due to Covid restrictions). There are two elevators and lots of luggage carts. There is parking on ground level, and additional covered parking in the decks above. The HOA allows two parking passes per unit.

Molly Darcy’s, a beachside Irish pub and restaurant, is right next door. (We enjoyed the steak sandwich!) Mr. G’s, a popular spot for ice cream and sandwiches, is a few steps away. There is also a beach store directly across the street, and the Cabana Mart (small convenience store) is two blocks down the street.

We also enjoy visiting the shops and restaurants in the Main Street area (1.8 miles away). There are grocery stores (Kroger, Aldi, Publix) and general retailers like Walmart just a couple of miles away. There are many excellent restaurants and lots of fun places to visit like Tanger Outlets, Broadway on the Beach, and Barefoot Landing to name just a few.
